Unless these photographs are faked or false, neither definition apply. You have no grounds for a lawsuit, although anyone can sue anyone else, they can also countersue. Seeing that you couldn't even remember to have your drivers license with you when you crashed and someone had to bring it to the scene for you, we figured we'd help you out with all that technical stuff.

I remember listening to this on the scanner and it was dispatched to the police as drunk driver into house. I'm sure that's the only reason you got so much attention because they were responding to a drunk driver (not sure if you were, but that's how it was dispatched).
